2022 Cannonball Rides in Newfoundland & Labrador

June 25 Saturday
Beau Bois Heritage Motorcycle Rally – 13th Annual Rally. Location: Beau Bois Heritage Park, Beau Bois, NF. Reg: Fri. evening 6-8pm & Sat. morning at 9am. Ride departing at 12:30 sharp. Fee: $50/person (includes hotdogs & soup pre-ride and a steak dinner at 5pm at the return from ride and admission to the Dance (to follow at 10pm) with live entertainment. Miawpukek Annual Powwow at Conne River, NL. Sacred ceremonies, daily feasts, native arts & crafts. Details: Website

Newfoundland & Labrador Folk Festival held in St. John’s. NL is a rite of passage for up and coming folk and traditional musicians and beloved by seasoned performers. Details: Website

Deer Lake Strawberry Festival is a weekend of live music, dancing, magic and acrobatic shows and a grand finale fireworks show taking place downtown Deer Lake, NL. Details: Website

July 23 Saturday
CVFR Avalon & Cannaconnect First Annual Veterans Memorial Ride. Registration: 8:30-10:30am at Cannaconnect, 874 Topsail Rd., St. John’s, NL with an End of RIde BBQ (moose burgers, hamburgers, hotdogs & soft drinks for a small fee) Ride Cost: By donation – cash or EMT to All proceeds to be donated to the Trail of the Caribou Research Group to help with future endeavours. Please bring a non-perishable item for the local food bank. Rain date: July 24, 2022.


August 1-21 begins on a Monday
The Rolling Barrage 2022 Coast to Coast Bike Rally. TRB is a rolling fundraiser presented by Military Minds Inc, in support of veterans, serving members, and first responders, as a show of strength, and unity to conquer the stigma of PTSD. This ride is open to ALL riders. Riders and supporters may join along the route for part of a day, a full day/days or the full pull to Vancouver!

Atlantic Canada Schedule: Monday, Aug. 1 Halifax NS – Yarmouth NS; Tuesday, Aug. 2 Yarmouth NS – Amherst NS; Wednesday, Aug. 3 Amherst NS – Campbellton NB; Thursday, Aug. 4 departs Campbellton NB to continue the journey across Canada – arriving in Burnaby, BC. on August 20th

Brigus Blueberry Festival is just 50 minutes from St. John‘s in historic Brigus, NL and features traditional music, outdoor dances, a parade, fireworks and savoury blueberry treats in all forms to enjoy! This one is fun, been there and left with blueberry stained lips! Details: Website

August 20th, Saturday
5th Annual Just the Tip Motorcycle Rally, 400km scenic run. Planned Route: St. Anthony Airport, Main Brook, Conche, Plum Point, back to St. Anthony Airport with optional Straitsview. The Route 210 Run – Ride The Boot, Rally to the Burin Peninsula hosted by the Heritage Riders at Smugglers Cove. Registration: Fri. & Sat. at the Smugglers Cove Roadhouse Bar & Grill Fee: $60 Single rider; $100 Rider & Passenger; or pre-register on-line & save– $50 Single rider; $90 Rider & Passenger.
